I received the Sutta Udon with rice. The store staff very kindly taught me how to make it. It's freshly finished. Meanwhile, the udon noodles arrived. I poured the ice that comes with the udon noodles freshly, added the condiments of myoga and perilla leaves, and enjoyed it with the daikon radish that comes with the udon noodles. With summery ingredients, the udon noodles with sesame and miso chilled soup were absolutely delicious. Add wheat at the end? I added the rice to the bowl and finished it. Ghibli songs were playing in the background, and it was a very nice atmosphere. For the first time, I had freshly made soup made from sesame paste myself, and it was very delicious. I would definitely like to come again.

For the famous sutate, mix sesame seeds, add miso, add onions, mix well, add soup, and it's ready. I had fun while waiting for my soba. I ordered vegetable tempura and was very satisfied with the large portion. The corn momo tempura and fresh ginger tempura were so delicious, probably because it was in season!

I visited the store after 13:00 on a holiday and was able to sit down immediately. I ordered the gojiru udon. White miso base with lots of vegetables and filling. The udon noodles are not thick, but they are chewy. Pickles were a good accent.
