I visited on 2023/7/17 and had "Kawashima Suttate". The noodles were fresh and chewy, and it was very delicious. It also came with tempura. The store clerk is also kind and I want to come again to eat.

A few years ago, I used to visit at least once a month, but this is my first visit in a while. The udon noodles have a strong chewiness and are quite filling, and the tempura is crispy. In the summer, they have a ``sutate'' menu, and this sutta fresh comes with tempura, so I often had it. However, if there are a lot of customers, you may have to wait quite a while for the food to come out, so if you are in a hurry, it is better to go outside during lunch time.

Visited 2022.8.6. I visited Darumaya in Kawashima Town, Saitama Prefecture today in search of fresh sutta that was not offered on my previous first visit. My husband and I ordered the "Sutate" (medium and large size). The strong dipping sauce with miso in the foreground goes perfectly with the soft and chewy udon noodles just like last time! ︎ Crispy vegetable tempura (maitake mushrooms, okra, eggplant, zucchini, carrots, potatoes) that is not fried is delicious! Kami-san, who ordered the average size of udon, was not satisfied with it, so I recommend a large serving of udon♪ Today, my husband and I visited Darumaya, one of the popular udon restaurants in Kawashima-cho, Hiki-gun, Saitama Prefecture, for the first time. We looked at the set menu that tickled the hearts of a gluttonous couple, and shared ``Meat Juice Udon'' and ``Assorted Tempura''! I made a large serving, which was the perfect amount of noodles, and I devoured the smooth, shiny, chewy, delicious udon noodles in one go. By the time I finished eating, the store was full of customers 😳Everyone knows a delicious restaurant!?
