I ordered the Kadofuji and asked for more noodles and vegetables.They serve rice at lunchtime, but since it was my first visit, I ordered the default. The noodles are thick and chewy, and the amount of vegetables is amazing, so you'll be satisfied without adding anything. The spicy miso and minced meat gave it a nice flavor, and the chashu pork was soft and delicious. If I wasn't full, I would have eaten the leftover soup with rice. Although the restaurant was run by one man, the customer service was friendly and made me feel at ease. I want to try a different menu with repeat customers!

I've been going there since before it became the current store, but I'm glad it's become a popular store. I go every second month and usually eat Kakufuji, but I've noticed that salted Fuji is good for oily people.
