Soba noodles are a little rougher than Churuchuru. (It is not rough until 100% soba) The noodles are thin and the soup is thick. The egg and rice bowl has a strong taste of the soba restaurant. Maitake mushrooms are bite-sized and easy to eat. Not crispy, but not soggy. And my endorser is yuba fried. Ordinary, but delicious. This is confirmed repeat. I think it's a private soba restaurant, but it's not at home, but it's part-time, and the call is ping-pong, so it's easy for first-timers to enter. I want to go again. Next time I would like to order "Squid Tendon Seiro". Jokes aside, I applaud myself for finding a good place 👏😆

It's cold, so I had nabeyaki udon from soba! It was so delicious! I want to go again 🤤

Visited with friends. All the soba had a volume and were a satisfying amount. The herring soba I ate was very delicious with the salty taste of the herring.
