It was thicker than udon noodles. I made it soft, but it wasn't too soft and was delicious. According to the staff, they don't recommend the hard noodles because the noodles are thick. I went to Jiraiya for the first time yesterday! For the soy sauce ramen, I chose long pork chops and spring yokoi noodles! When I added garlic, I was able to eat it just fine! The amount of noodles is 250g! We are a husband and wife team and we get along very well! I thought it looked great even when I watched it from the side (lol) I want to go again! As expected, the volume of chashu is amazing!
