On Saturday, the restaurant was closed for takeout, so we ate at the store. I made a reservation by phone around 16:30 on the day of the event and entered the store at 17:00. The tables were already full, and two groups were already seated at the counter, with reserved seats including us. Reservations are required on weekends! The counters are divided into groups with acrylic plates. The menu is small, but the unique menu items have a charm that makes you want to come back again. Best of all, it's great to be able to stuff your mouth with piping hot charcoal-grilled pork that's grilled right in front of you! We also offer takeout, but sometimes it's nice to be able to enjoy a variety of menu items at the store. My favorites are Mentai Kong, Stewed Special, and Stamina Yakko. It's so delicious that Stamina guys want to know the recipe! It seems that the menu prices have changed due to the recent rise in the prices of ingredients, but it is a restaurant that I would like to support.

All skewers cost 180 yen, so it's easy on your wallet. Offal boiled is definitely It's well-cooked, soft and the vegetables are big and filling. Maybe it was just my imagination, but the aftertaste after drinking the soup tasted like beef stew (red wine as a secret ingredient?)

Very delicious yakitori will be served. This is Higashimatsuyama's Kashira Yakitori. Offal stew is slowly simmered and has a different level of flavor. Today's takeout is yakitori and giblets. Due to Corona, we are currently operating reduced hours. Please see the photo for details. For takeout, we recommend ordering in advance by phone. It seems like it will take at least 15 minutes to start baking. Since it's a popular restaurant, I thought it would cost more if there were a lot of takeout orders. . The staff at the store were also kind and had warm customer service, which gave me a nice feeling. The counter and seats were separated by vinyl sheets, and there was a disinfectant station at the entrance, so it seemed like they were taking thorough measures against the coronavirus. The meat is juicy and grilled over charcoal, giving it a fragrant flavor that pairs well with the miso sauce.
