We visited Kyosaian in Sakado City. The location is near the border with Kawagoe City. I was impressed by the stylish and calming storefront. This time I had vegetable tempori soba. It was delicious😊. The soba is delicate and I think it's a good match for Mr. Okusawa from Higashichichibu Village. The soup is strong and not too sweet, and the tempura is surprisingly home-style. In particular, the dessert soba dango 🍡 was exquisite. I entered the store around 11:40, and when I left around 12:30, there was a sign saying "Closed for today."

A nice soba restaurant in Sakado City that I've been interested in for a while. I was told that the couple is managing the food, and the service is relatively quick, and they take great care in ensuring hostability, such as refilling the tea. The soba noodles are firm and thin with a good aroma. The tempura is also delicious with sweet vegetables. The soba tofu is so delicious, I personally love it! The pickles are also delicious. Thank you very much for the delicious meal♪ I was lucky to get there in time this time, but it seems like they sell out quite early even on weekdays, so it might be a good idea to visit the store before it opens. Tempura soba is delicious. Even I, who is not good at tempura soba, was fine. Is it unique to the Sakado area that broccoli is tempura? Delicious though.
