I stopped taking the bus from Sayamashi Station and walked steadily. Today was sunny and sweaty like early summer. I followed the advice of word of mouth and ordered hot but warm udon. Is the soup here Kansai-style? I drank it all up. 30 minutes after the store opened, it was full and I was able to wait outside. It is a popular shop rooted in the local area.

I ordered a single item of kitsune udon! The firmness of the handmade noodles is exquisite and delicious! The soup was just right and delicious! There seems to be a wide variety of bowls, so I want to go again!
