This is Soba Yuho, a popular soba restaurant in Fukaya. There is a private parking lot behind the store. There are table seats and tatami seats inside the store. This time, I ordered ground beef. When you lift the noodles, they are a little transparent and look like konnyaku. It has a strong aroma and is delicious. Brown ground meat is available in limited quantities on Sundays and Mondays.

I visited around 1:30pm on a weekday, and had the daily-only coarsely ground soba noodles, fried shrimp tempura bowl, and maitake mushroom tempura. Both the soba and tendon were very delicious, and although I had been passing by this restaurant often for nearly 10 years and was curious about it, I regretted not coming here sooner. I don't usually like to eat kakiage, but the oysters and shrimp here were juicy, and the sauce on the tempura bowl wasn't too sweet, and I thought it might be the first time in my life that I had tasted kakiage this much. The inside of the store was smaller than I expected, but it was clean and the staff were very nice. I love soba, so I'm happy to have my favorite soba restaurant.

I go there regularly. This time, I asked for buckwheat noodles, 100% buckwheat noodles, and genki soba noodles. Soba noodles are from Shinano No. 1 in Nagano Prefecture. ・Sobagaki Served on a green-glazed plate. The buckwheat is coarsely ground so that you can see the white grains of the buckwheat noodles. You can enjoy it without condiments. ・100% Shinano No. 1 100% buckwheat noodles from the Yatsugatake mountain range. The connection is good and you can slurp comfortably. The impression is similar to the soba of "Hosokawa" in Ryogoku with strong soba. ・Genki Kuichi soba made with 100% Shinano No. 1 from the foot of Yatsugatake. It is cut thick and transparent, and the edges are rounded, with many black stars flying around. It's fun to have a good connection and chewy texture.
