The food was very good, the staff very friendly and polite, and the atmosphere very relaxed but elegant. Prices are reasonable for such a high class establishment.

We had lunch at Hermitage, a restaurant serving creative Italian and French cuisine. We chose the Hermitage Lunch, which included an appetizer, main course, and dessert. Salad and quiche were brought first. The dressing on the salad and the seasoning on the quiche were both good. Next, pasta with tomato sauce was brought, and the tomato sauce mixed well with the macaroni-shaped pasta. The tomato sauce had a rich and mild flavor and was served with bread. My main dish is fish. The white fish mousse was very creamy but had just the right amount of firmness, and it blended well with the sauce, making it a perfect match. It had a texture and seasoning that I had never eaten before, but it was very delicious and left an impression on me. Finally, dessert was brought out. Surrounding the Bavarois were sponge cake, crunchy cookie-like chunks, and seasonal fruit, making it a very elaborate dish. I was able to enjoy a variety of flavors by combining various ingredients with Bavarois. I was able to enjoy authentic cuisine for a reasonable price. Also, the atmosphere of the store was calm and gave me a good impression.

Reservation required. It was full, but I reserved a private room, and even in the private room, unless you closed the curtains, the seats were full. There is a parking lot, but it was full on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, with wedding guests making reservations, so we made reservations for an early lunch at 11:30, which is a course lunch. You can eat comfortably. The snow crab pasta was delicious. I think this course is cheap.
