Hidaka, Saitama, Japan｜Gyoza no Hanagasa Hidaka

Delicious. I am not an epicure but I know what is delicious for me. Crispy on the outside soft and hot on the inside. Veges and pork no need to order rice.

Gyoza from a chain store, uniquely shaped and grilled in an original way. Steamed dumplings, boiled dumplings, soup dumplings, etc. are also available. You can choose only rice for gyoza single item. There are many ramen menus, and some people only eat ramen without eating dumplings. It's 8 pieces per person, but the moist and firm dough is satisfying to eat and fills you up. However, it has a refreshing aftertaste and is gentle on the stomach.

I stopped by on my way back from seeing the Manjusha flowers in Kinchakuda. At lunchtime, a set meal of 8 grilled gyoza pieces is a great deal at 580 yen (excluding tax). The lunchtime menu was not posted, so I will post an image of the ordering tablet. There is a parking lot in front of the store, but there is also a second parking lot nearby. (See image) This was my first time eating white gyoza, and it was very delicious as it had the same appearance, taste, and texture as Mankin Gyoza (Sagamihara City), which is popular in Kanagawa Prefecture.
