As for the most important "taste", Kawashima udon is hand-made, but it's smooth and has an exceptionally smooth texture. It was highly praised for its excellent throat I had the shamisen soba.The small portions of soba included grated daikon radish, nameko mushrooms, wild vegetables, and chopped ginger. I think the price is reasonable. The taste was simple and delicious!
