This place is just legendary. Strongly recommended for butadon (Japanese dish for pork and rice 豚丼) lovers. A small and quiet place to savour some delicious pork dishes with rice. The sad part is it closes at 6 in the evening. So catching a dinner at this place after regular work hours is tough. But it's worth it to go out during weekends to have a bite here 🙃

I visited this restaurant for the first time because I heard about their ``butadon'' on the TV show ``Ariyoshi's Worldwide Broadcast - What's going on there now?''. It's a small shop with only counter seats, and the taciturn owner seems to be running it all by himself. I wanted to try the char siu rice bowl as well, but the char siu wasn't set yet, so I gave up today. Pork bowl depends on the amount of rice and meat. Plum: 200g rice, 100g meat 600 yen Bamboo: 350g rice/200g meat 700 yen Matsu: 600g rice/250g meat 1000 yen Otokomori: Rice 1K, meat 450g 1980 yen This restaurant is famous for its arrangement of meat that protrudes from the bowl, but since I'm a beginner, I chose ``plum'', but it seems that ``bamboo'' makes the pork bowl look like flower petals. When it comes to ``plum'', it was slightly less. Since it was pork, it was very hard, probably because it was grilled thoroughly. The secret sauce? It had a spicy sweet and spicy sauce that went well with the meat and was very delicious. Next time I will go to ``Bamboo''. There is no parking lot.
