☕️Good morning♪ In the evening, I took a little detour and stopped by a tonkotsu ramen shop that is connected to my current hometown of Fussa🤗 Ramen Ichiban 1F, 2-6-2 Shinsayama, Sayama City, Saitama Prefecture Since it was my first visit, I honestly ordered the restaurant's default pork bone soy sauce "Kuromaru Ramen (¥750)"🍜 From the outside, it looked like Kurume-style ramen, but on the inside it was creamy Hakata ramen. Delicious❗️ After all, Kitakyu style tonkotsu ramen is really delicious 😋 Although it's not the same shabby style you'll find in Hakata, the tonkotsu ramen has a silky, smooth texture and a light aftertaste.It's a high-grade tonkotsu ramen that's perfect not only as a finishing touch, but also as a way to fully enjoy the deliciousness of tonkotsu ramen itself. It was a great finish 👍 ..., did you notice? That's right, it's not a spoon, it's a spoon, or rather a ladle🙀 The shape is the same as a wooden ladle, but this one is made of metal. I've been to quite a few ramen shops, but this is my first time😅 I wasn't used to holding the soup so I had a hard time drinking it, so I ended up grabbing the bowl and drinking it all directly🤣 The soup is delicious, the noodles are delicious, and the char siu is also good. From salt, miso, orochon to champon, There is even a very interesting menu such as ``Yukimiso''. I was only able to visit last minute on my way home from work, just before closing time, but this is definitely one place I'll be visiting regularly.

I had the pork bone soy sauce takana ramen. I want to eat it regularly. The char siu is so soft and gooey that I always wonder whether to add it as a topping. (1 piece without toppings, +3 pieces with toppings) At lunch, you can get one extra ball for free, and at night, you can get one extra ball for 100 yen. (Akadama is also possible) The gyoza is also big and delicious. Star anise is effective in braised braised pork. I think it was closed on Mondays.

This is very delicious ramen. It is a shop that is easy to get to as it is close to Shin-Sayama Station. I had the standard Kuromaru ramen, and the process from ordering to serving was very quick, and the extra noodles were also provided very quickly. Ordering ramen is a meal ticket, but you can get a substitute by placing 100 yen on the counter and asking for a substitute. There is a major chain ramen restaurant nearby, but if you're looking for delicious food, I recommend going to Ichiban-san. (Of course, there are people who like and dislike the taste, so there is nothing wrong with that)
