I am a big fan of soba and as fan I recommend this place! It’s a bit far from the station but it’s worth visiting. Prices are reasonable and food is amazing! I recommend coming as early as possible because there are always many people trying to get there and restaurant usually closes at 14:00. Sometimes even earlier, it depends on the amount of guests. So don’t miss this place if you’re in Saitama!

It's a clean shop with perfect measures against the coronavirus. It seems that they purchase brown soba from Hokkaido, and it says that it is pesticide-free. At Juwari Soba, you can fully enjoy the aroma of soba. The duck is so tender and delicious that you definitely want to eat it. Since I don't have walnut soup, I'll have it with spicy radish and regular soup. The seats are comfortable and well ventilated, which is great.

The soba noodles with spicy radish soup and miso were very delicious. I ordered a plate of ``shrimp tempura,'' but even though I hadn't told them that it would be shared between two people, they gave me two portions of grated radish and two dipping sauces. ``Soba gaki zenzai'' was also very delicious with mildly sweet and fluffy warm soba noodles. Regular holidays have been changed. Business hours are also until 14:30. But once the soba noodles are gone, it's over. Even though it was in the countryside and there was nothing around, it was a 3-day weekend with Higan, so there was a huge line.
