I was attracted by the Japanese-style appearance, but I was satisfied with the pure Japanese-style atmosphere and the quality and quantity that exceeded my expectations. There was so much duck meat in the duck soba, and the fat of the duck melted into the soup stock, and I ended up eating it all.

I ordered Kawahaba udon and regular udon. Kawahaba udon was extremely elastic and chewy, and although it looked similar to Gunma Kiryu's Himokawa, it had a completely different texture and taste. When dipped in duck soup, the large noodles were coated with flavor and were very delicious. I think I'll get hooked on this. The regular udon looks thinner than Musashino udon, and I thought it had a texture similar to Mizusawa udon, so when I ate it, I found that it was thin, but had a lot of chewiness, but it also had a smooth and chewy texture, making it a truly exquisite udon. I think I'll get hooked on this too. I also tried duck tempura for the first time, and it was so tender that my image of duck meat changed. I think I'll get hooked on this too. I couldn't eat duck liver this time, so I would definitely like to try it next time. Please note that Kawahaba Udon is very popular and may sell out. If you really want to eat, I think it's better to go before noon. Even if you don't have Kawahaba udon, you'll definitely be satisfied with the perfection of regular udon. It was really delicious, so I'm definitely going to visit again.

My first Kawahaba duck soup udon was chewy and delicious. The portion may seem small at first glance, but I was completely full. The width of the river cannot be underestimated. Also, the grilled duck liver was very delicious. I ate it with salt and sesame oil. Also, the cold oolong tea is great.
