Since it's getting colder, I wanted to eat something warm, so I visited a restaurant that has a reputation for being delicious. The shop is located next to Eiichi Shibusawa's birthplace. Local vegetables were sold in front of the store, and the vegetables were cheap here, so many people were buying them. As a side note, the mandarin oranges sold here were really delicious. The most important thing on the menu at a nibouto restaurant is only nibouto, and this time I ordered the nibouto set. The set comes with yam rice and pickled yam. The noodles were flat and thin and easy to slurp, and the soup was easy to drink and went well with the noodles, so I ended up drinking all the soup. It was really delicious. I usually only eat udon, but if you're a udon fan, you'll probably like itヽ(*´∀｀*)ﾉ

Founded in 1903, it is a boiled hoto shop that has been served by Mr. Shibusawa and decorated with a hanging scroll handwritten by Mr. Shibusawa. Rare tororo pickles, etc., are also delicious with tororo rice. There was a cat outside the front door. It's more delicious than Yamanashi in my opinion.
