Delicious Ramen

A ramen shop I've been going to for over 10 years🍜 (It used to be in the parking lot of a pachinko parlor) The price has gone up a little due to recent price increases, but I'm still happy to be able to eat at a reasonable price. I like miso because it doesn't have a strong "miso!" flavor and has a mellow sweetness. At one point, I ordered soy sauce (maybe seafood flavored?), but Hasegawa-san ordered miso. Towards the end, I try to change the taste a little by using the spiciness that is available at the table, or by asking the waiter to add garlic. Is the fried rice based on soy sauce? I don't know if it's the soup stock, but it's delicious. I feel a little immoral about eating ramen + fried rice, but I think it's OK here. lol

2023/06/21 11:30 I got the miso ramen. This is the miso ramen that I want. A thick miso with a rich soup. The noodles are curly noodles from Nishiyama Seimen. It is a gem that shines with serious work.
