It was late September, after 11 o'clock on a weekday, and every time I passed by this road, there were many people lining up, so I was curious and decided to go in. Parking is available in front of the store and at the back. There was a ledger at the entrance, so people wrote their names when the place was full. The inside of the restaurant is small, with only 10 seats at the counter, and there are no table seats. I see, there are people lining up. When I looked at the menu, it said that the standard size was 500g. A large serving of Marugame Seimen weighs around 400g, so it's quite a bit. Since it was my first time, I ordered a small portion (450g, 50 yen discount) of ``Nihonjiru Udon'' (750 yen). The water was self-serve, and there was a plate of tempura next to it, and it said, ``100 yen each, until supplies last,'' so I got one. I wonder when it was made, it was cold so it didn't taste very good. There weren't many customers, but it took a while for the udon to arrive. This is probably proof that you don't make it ahead of time and boil it properly. The udon that was delivered was shiny and beautiful. It has a strong wheat taste. delicious. The soup stock is of course homemade and has a good balance. The instructions say to use a tabletop ``furikake'' when the soup stock becomes too thin. This is also homemade and good for taste. This is udon that costs a lot of money.

If you want to eat fresh, it might be good. My 85 year old mother was satisfied. 3️⃣Meat soup udon (Normal size) Speaking of Musashino udon, this is it❗ Two weeks ago, I was barely able to finish the 650g regular serving of udon, so without hesitation I went with the 600g regular serving. It was a great satisfaction! ️ 4️⃣Mushroom soup udon (small serving) Dashi soup with plenty of shiitake mushrooms and shimeji mushrooms. My father was happy that this was also delicious. Add green onions, shichimi, ground sesame seeds, and sprinkles, and you can eat it deliciously until the end. This is a recommended udon restaurant. The clerk's response was also kind, polite and pleasant udon shop.

The noodles are not hard, but have a nice chewy texture. A dipping sauce made with dashi stock. I can't say enough about the volume that even a big eater like me would be satisfied. I came back and ordered the mushroom soup. This time I took good photos. It was as voluminous and delicious as ever.
