More Comments at Google MapI had a large serving of gravy udon. The smooth and chewy udon noodles were so delicious that I could eat them all up. The udon is eaten dipping it in, but the tsuyu is quite strong, so if you want something light, just dip it in for about 10 to 20 seconds before eating, and the udon will absorb the juice nicely! Due to the strong tsuyu, the small bowl of simmered food that comes with it is light and perfect for resting your chops. Both the tsuyu meat and the fried tofu have a chewy texture when you bite into them, so you'll be happy if you put them in your mouth along with the udon. The Inari I ordered with it was sweet and soft, and the cucumber that came with it was quite salty, so I felt like I could eat it endlessly. The tempura my companion ordered was also crispy and delicious. I received a bite of maitake mushroom, and it was good. This time I think it's the shinoki set that comes with tempura. Thank you for the meal.
While listening to jazz in an old folk house-style store, it's not just the atmosphere. The chewy udon noodles, tempura with the original sweetness of the vegetables, and gentle-tasting inari-san. By all means, set with a tofu shop.
Plenty of volume and delicious taste! The small items and decorations in the store are fashionable and comfortable like an old private house. The coffee and udon bowls were also wonderful😍 The udon is soft like kishimen. Tempura was a seasonal vegetable, so it may change. I parked at Tofuya's parking lot and bought some tofu on the way home.
