Worth making a reservation! I was surprised to find that a private house in the Showa era has become a calm and stylish cafe. The staff's hospitality was pleasant, the food was delicious and there was a detailed attention, and I enjoyed a wonderful lunch time. It's a carefully prepared menu that sticks to the ingredients, but I'm also happy that the price is affordable.

This was my first time having never eaten in Higashimatsuyama. A fermented restaurant located in a residential area. This time I ate the daily fermented gozen bimakuru lotus root keema curry. My companion had the same meal with vegan fried oysters (the inside was not oysters, but was cooked like fried oysters with tofu, mushrooms, and seaweed, and was delicious). The rice contains ancient rice. You can also choose fermented brown rice for an additional 100 yen. The pumpkin and carrot soup, amazake and summer mandarin orange sweets, and lotus root mochi made with lotus root and rice flour were also delicious. Dessert is Inca coffee and daily raw strawberry tart. Coffee is decaffeinated. The tart is mildly sweet and guilt-free. The inside of the store is a renovated old house, and the atmosphere is so good that I decided to come back here again. It is better to make a reservation in advance. There are seats for 5 groups inside. (There are 5 parking spaces, 1 in front of the store and 4 in the nearby parking lot)
