A soup made by filtering and extracting 8 tomatoes. It has a light amber color and a taste that seems to concentrate only the essence of tomatoes. I've eaten a lot of French, but this was my first time and I was shocked. The customer service was also polite and friendly. I went to dinner with my husband for the first time on my anniversary. The person who responded to the phone was also good to the other staff and chefs.
