Konosu, Saitama, Japan｜Tamburo

Italian I've been to several times. Always use dinner. This is my favorite Italian restaurant in the area. This restaurant is located in a quiet residential area, and the restaurant is small, so reservations are essential. Some of the dishes are rare, and they use local vegetables and are delicious. There are few staff, so depending on other customers, the food may be served late. It can't be helped because it's not a chain store. The shop is beautiful.

I visited for the first time after being recommended by an acquaintance who lives in Konosu. I received margherita and seasonal whitebait pizza as a lunch set! The salad looked beautiful, fresh, sweet and delicious. The main pizza was also great! The dough had a slightly fried texture, which I liked. Is it scorched, which is common with kiln firing? Charcoal-like? I'm glad there isn't one. I had the dessert catalana and tiramisu with coffee, and the sweetness was just right after the meal. What you can get at this price is the quality that only Konosu can offer. (You won't find this price and quality in Tokyo even without a reservation!) I'll visit you again! !

We shared the lunch menu set of pizza and pasta. The pasta was of course absolutely delicious, and the pizza was heart-shaped and looked cute, making it perfect for a lunch date❗️ Also, the pizza was made with whitebait and lotus root, and although it had a refreshing taste, it was very delicious. The pizza was baked the best and the dough was one of the most delicious I've ever had. I have found another favorite place.
