Konosu, Saitama, Japan｜鴻巣うどん 別館てらや

It is located in a section of Pansy House, 40 minutes from Konosu Station. The colorful flowers arranged in front of Mother's Day are beautiful 😃 I ordered spicy miso udon and kakiage, which you don't often see. This dipping sauce is so good, I think I'll want to order it again. The noodles are reasonably chewy and hard. Everyone seemed calm and happy, as if they were coming to eat their favorite flowers after buying them 😃

After touring Tenku no Sato (Stork Reintroduction Center) in Konosu the other day, I stopped by Raya-san looking for a restaurant that serves Kawahaba udon. It was raining and it was a little chilly, so I took it over. The noodles are about 8cm wide and are not really slurpable, but are they really called udon? Regardless of the name, the soup stock was delicious without being overly rich with lots of ingredients. The tempura was also freshly fried and crispy and delicious.

Stars ⭐︎ 6! Spicy udon is definitely number one in the near future. The udon is moderately chewy and the amount is good. The variety of tempura is small, but it hits the mark. Repeat is confirmed.
