Yakisoba, unlike the sauce yakisoba that is easy to imagine from its name, has a nostalgic and light taste, but when you add chunks of chili oil to it, it becomes strange. It quickly turns into something so addictive that you can't stop playing it, and before you know it, there's only an empty plate left in front of you. If you're a fan of Chinese food around town, you can't help but visit this restaurant at least once.

Satisfied with Saitama's soul food It was my first time to visit Mitsutei-san. I headed there after work and arrived around 5:30pm, but there was no one there and I was the first one there. However, at 5:55 p.m., other customers started arriving. Contrary to the outside appearance, the inside of the store seems bright and clean. When putting out the noren, the general has a tough look on his face and is holding a cigarette in his mouth lol I thought he had a strong personality, but he was a solid person who looked me in the eye and talked to me. I had the stamina ramen and fried rice. Stamina ramen had a unique flavor. It was a mysterious ramen that had a good flavor and was surprisingly spicy, even though I didn't feel the strong scent or taste of the soup stock. It was delicious. The special mention is the fried rice. It might be the most delicious fried rice I've ever eaten. Rice cooked with a little less water is like how to make Shittori fried rice, but this is also a strange fried rice that hard rice is not crushed and crispy. The green onions were stir-fried just enough to remain crunchy, and whether it was garlic or onions. The fried rice is extremely delicious with the combination of crunchy and fragrant fried ingredients. Smoking is allowed in the store, which is rare these days, so if you don't like smoking, I don't think it will suit you, but I think it's worth eating once. Thank you for the meal.
