Wet towels and dry towels were immediately prepared, and I was impressed by how quickly other people moved as well. As soon as the manager arrived, he introduced himself and simply apologized... Although we were not particularly looking for discounts or other services from the store, we were satisfied with the service and both my husband and I returned home.
