More Comments at Google MapI entered the store just before 12:00 on a weekday. When I entered the store, it was quite crowded and almost full. The customer service was also polite and good 😃 Everything about the food was delicious ☺️ The sashimi was fresh, the boiled fish had a good flavor, and the salmon saikyo-yaki was fatty and delicious☺️ Both the miso soup and the pickles were delicious and I was very satisfied ☺️ Moreover, the cost performance is also good☺️ It's a shop where everything is good, so I'm sure I'll buy again ☺️☺️☺️
A Japanese restaurant near the Yoshinohara Industrial Park. Speaking of the area around the industrial park, it's a lot of people, but this place has a calm atmosphere of Japanese cuisine, and you can eat pretty decent Japanese food. The menu you chose is a reasonable 1,100 JPY (incl. tax), which includes a fish set, sashimi, grilled fish, boiled fish, dessert pudding, and pickles. Fatty grilled fish, full-bodied boiled fish, and slightly bitter caramel pudding, all of which are made to a high standard. There are about 8 parking lots and it seems to be easy to use.
I used it for the first time at the second party at night. The store has a clean and relaxing atmosphere. We had "salt-grilled yellowtail" and "mozuku vinegar". Two groups of customers seemed to be empty, but Brikama's salt-grilled food took a long time to serve. However, when I took a bite, it was plump and exquisite with an exquisite amount of salt. You can tell that the preparation and cooking are meticulous. The accompanying grated daikon radish is not grated, but cut into small pieces, and has a good texture and goes well with grilled fish. I sometimes eat at the nearby Omiya Market, but I think this restaurant is a few steps more delicious. The staff at the store were very friendly and made me feel at home. Because of the Omiya Market, the store may not stand out, but I think it's a hidden gem. It's the best store near my house. I heard that they are open for lunch, so I will stop by for lunch next time.
