We had lunch here in a quiet residential area about a 5-minute walk from the west exit of Yono Station. It's somewhere between a Western-style restaurant and a bistro in the city, and it seems that there are plenty of menus (forgot to take a picture) written on the signboard inside the store, and there are various wines. The lunch menu seems to have changed a little, and the daily combination and the Saucier lunch with 5 types to choose from are 1,000 yen each. From this, I heard that it was an assortment of shrimp, squid, and scallops, so I chose the mixed fry. You can choose white rice, black rice, or assorted rice, so try the assorted. The dressing on the salad has a mellow acidity and goes well with vegetables. The tartar sauce goes well with the fried shrimp lightly crispy with high-quality oil and is very delicious. However, I used up the tartar sauce with fried shrimp, so I ate scallops and squid with sauce. I wanted to enjoy it with a little more tartar sauce because it was a light and crispy fries. The soup served in a cup was also refreshing and rich. I didn't ask for it this time, but it seems that you can add a drink for an additional 150 yen.
