Soba had a flavor, but the color was not black because it was mixed with udon flour. It's a great deal with five-grain rice, pickles, and sesame tofu. Anyway, the customer service of the clerk is good. It seems that you can change it to 100% soba with a plus, but here I chose Otoineppu soba.

The soba noodles, mentsuyu, and sobayu are all delicious. But I didn't like the quick rice. I was curious about the snack menu, so I went there several times in the evening, and everything was delicious. The combination of grilled miso and sake is especially great. Please note that there are days when there is no boiled conger eel available. P.S.: I went there for the first time in a while, and I found boiled conger eel (¥620)! cheap! Yummy! wonderful! Addendum: When I went there again for the first time in a while, I was told that they no longer serve boiled conger eel. disappointing.

Soba Kirisaito is a 100% buckwheat noodle shop located about a 5-minute walk from Ina Chuo Station. You can buy raw soba as if you are eating buckwheat noodles at the shop from buckwheat flour. There is a recommended set at lunchtime, and we had a set of stewed chicken and soba noodles. Come to think of it, I ate simmered food at lunch in Ina-cho the other day. The soba noodles are thin and easy to eat, and the soup stock is elegant. I want you to take it easy. What is this price with small bowls and desserts! Cospa is excellent.
