We have been working with you ever since we opened a shop in Itakura-cho. This is an irresistible restaurant with Sano ramen-style curly noodles, light soy sauce soup, and melt-in-the-mouth chashu pork belly. My personal recommendation is the country ramen with a dark black soup made with tamari soy sauce. Regular ramen is delicious, but the richness of the tamari soy sauce makes it even better when you order rice and have it with ramen rice. The melty pork belly soaked in tamari soy sauce is also irresistible. Another thing I recommend is the gyoza. There are two types of gyoza: thin skin and thick skin. The thin-skinned dumplings are a typical type of dumpling, and are characterized by the flavor of the vegetables, which are so light that you can eat as many as you want. The thick skin has a chewy texture that feels like flour, making it a chewy dish. Both are very tasty. It's a nice shop with a relaxing atmosphere that makes you think there are a lot of people who like this kind of ramen. The menu items that I haven't been able to introduce are all delicious and wonderful. We also recommend that you stop by and check it out.

It's a little far from my house, so I can't go there often, but when I'm nearby, I almost always stop by. Sometimes it's time to drop your shoulders when you're temporarily closed or off.
