Entered the store around 6:30pm on Tuesday. It was empty. I ordered a cold soup set and tempura udon. I thought the cold soup was something you could only taste here!

Udon without gaps. I think it's pretty good. The texture of udon is the best. I want you to taste the famous cold soup at least once. If I had to say it, I don't think I would need a set of cooked rice. The quality of udon and tempura is very high, so I feel that the rice cooked with rice is a hindrance.

A representative udon restaurant in Kazo. The recommended menu is the chilled soup udon set. Hiyashiru udon is a type of udon noodles eaten by dipping them in a sweet sesame miso soup. The cucumber is very refreshing and goes perfectly with the sesame miso, making it perfect for the refreshing and hot Saitama summer. The udon noodles here are pure white, slightly thin, long, shiny, and quite soft. Udon noodles are especially refreshing when eaten cold. For an additional 400 yen, the set comes with tempura, pickles, and cooked rice, but the cooked rice is probably cooked with less water on purpose, so it goes perfectly with the udon. Is delicious. The seats in the store are widely spaced, and I feel safe about the coronavirus precautions. I visited on a Sunday at 1:30pm, so the wait time was about 5 minutes. The accounting was cash only.
