I like the Inakajiru udon/soba here and used to go here often. The juice soaks into vegetables such as green onions and eggplants, giving it a gentle flavor. It may not have any particularly distinctive features, but I personally like the richness of the flavor and the firmness of the noodles, and it has a good balance that makes me want to eat it any time. I visited for the first time in about 2 years, but I was relieved that the taste remained the same.

This is the store I was interested in while driving home from work. I had some free time with my daughter the other day, so I stopped by. Deciding between soba and udon, I ordered inakajiru udon and my daughter ordered curry soba. The price is reasonable. The taste was very good. I would like to come back again and order a different menu next time. The staff at the store were also very nice.

It was the best udon.
