The customer service from the staff is excellent, and the stone-ground soba is exquisite. There seems to be a limit to the number of meals, as there are only 30 meals available on weekdays and 50 meals available on weekends. 1000 yen for soba noodles is a great value! Both the soup stock and the soba soup that followed were delicious.

Around this time last year, I stopped by on my way home from Miho Museum and it was so delicious that I was finally able to visit again. Of course there are soba noodles and soups, but the tempura has a thin coating and is crispy and delicious, and the cloudy ``soba soup'' is the best. It's a shame that I don't get to visit her often because I live in Hokuriku.
