I have been going there for about 40 years. Although it is in front of Takesato station, there was a free parking lot next to it, so it became a shop that is easy to go by car. The menu is centered on ramen, but rice dishes are also delicious from the old days. In the past, it was more of a “Chinese” flavor, but at some point, the signboard “Niigata Ramen” was put up and it felt like a “Chinese restaurant in town”. It was past lunch time, so I ordered a mapo bowl. I was wondering if I should order dumplings, but since there is a volume, it is correct to order a single item. It has a sweet flavor that even children can enjoy.

Delivery is possible. The gyoza are large and chewy! The fried rice contains a lot of finely chopped pork and is very filling! !
