Otsu, Shiga, Japan｜Shingetsu

I reserved a table for the celebration. The taste of this dish is especially wonderful, and even if you behave badly, you will want to drink it all up. The whole family was able to spend a happy time while enjoying the delicate ingenuity of each dish and delicious sake. I am grateful for the natural, warm and polite hospitality of the proprietress.

Visited for the first time. All the dishes were wonderful, especially steamed in an earthenware pot and salt-grilled sweetfish. It's the end of the season for sweetfish, but I was able to eat the whole fish from head to tail and didn't hit the bones at all. In addition to the food, the customer service was wonderful. I was able to spend a really comfortable time with the hospitality of the proprietress who creates an elegant and peaceful atmosphere. I would like to visit again.

I visited with my family the other day. The proprietress was very polite and the food was very good. Elementary school children seemed to really like the matsutake mushrooms steamed in an earthenware pot, and even though they have a cat tongue, they tried their best to drink it. It was delicious no matter what I ate, but the sweetfish with roe was especially delicious. I will definitely go again when I'm in the area.
