It was delicious. Just be careful as the quantity is large. A normal serving size is enough for 2 people. If you unknowingly make a large portion, it will be about the size of 4 bowls of udon, which will be a big hassle. Shigaraki ware vessels are used, so you can enjoy them as well.

A store I was interested in. Many Shigaraki-yaki raccoon dogs in front of the shop welcome you. The utensils used for cooking are Shigaraki ware. A fine bowl will make your meal look even more delicious. I ordered the recommended Toriten and Zaru. As mentioned in other reviews, the portion is very filling and you will be completely satisfied without having to make a large portion. Of course, the taste of udon is also great. The slightly thick udon noodles have a firm texture and a subtle sweetness from the wheat. Of course, the chicken tempura is delicious and fluffy, and there is enough to enjoy different flavors, such as eating it as is or dipping it in soup. It also came with egg tempura, which was even more satisfying. This is a restaurant I definitely want to visit again when I come to Shigaraki.
