I didn't have a chance to come here because it's hard to get to without a car because of the location. 5.6 people line up before opening on weekdays. Of course, you can order the richest Kiwami! The well-reputed Aedama was also attractive, but white rice was the winner! If you can eat aedama, let's eat it! The bowl of ramen You can tell how rich it is from the look! When you eat it, the dried sardines are rich and satisfying! However, it has a rounded taste without harshness, bitterness, or dullness! The noodles are also just right! It's like a rich dish that you can eat every day! The store was bright and clean, and the staff were friendly! It was quite voluminous so I gave up on the marinated balls. I will try again!

I went there for the first time on the recommendation of my boss at work. I received the Kiwami and Nibo-dama, and although they are commonly known as cement-based, they had a less astringent taste and were very delicious. Next time I will try the standard dried sardines soba.

I went to Mau, a dried sardine Chinese soba located in Yoshikawa City, Saitama Prefecture. It is located near Yoshikoshi Bridge near Koshigaya Lake Town. The parking lot seemed to hold about 3 to 4 cars. It's not too far to walk, but it's more convenient to drive. *However, since it is popular, you will not be able to park unless you arrive early. Personally, I found it to be the most delicious of all the dried sardines ramen. The thin noodles have a good flavor and are rich and have a slightly sweet taste, which is great. Dressed balls are a must. If you eat it the way it's supposed to be eaten, it'll sound so good you'll hear it. It goes perfectly with lemon vinegar.
