Here’s a real gem in north east Saitama area. Thick country-style soba noodles are really great. I strongly recommend “Oo-tenzaru-soba” which means a big portion of soba with vegetable and shrimp tempura. It costs only 1,100JPY.

I took the wrong direction and ended up at Wado Station, which I didn't know at all. Since it was exactly 11 o'clock, I went to a nearby soba restaurant. Even though it opened around the same time, it was almost full. It's a famous store, and they came to me three times for tea while I was waiting. I received Omori Soba. It was like eating a chewy soba bran. I love soba noodles, so I thought it had a great texture and was delicious. There aren't many soba noodles like this. The tempura also looked delicious. I think it's a wonderful shop. Thank you for the meal.

Thick soba noodles with moderate elasticity and different cuts are the best. The soup has a slightly sweet taste that I like. The tempura also has a rural feel, and it's delicious with a separate tempura sauce. It's not an explosion, so it's just the right amount for a large serving of soba. Even at noon, the rotation is good, so you can eat without waiting. Auntie is doing her best to serve customers. Good luck for another 10 years! I'll be there again~(^o^)丿
