This is my favorite ramen shop. The char siu was soft but still had some texture, and the soup had a good amount of sweetness from the pork, making it a delicious ramen. The amount of noodles is usually small, so if you are trying it for the first time, we recommend the small to medium size. By the way, the store's name is taken from Mr. Nakamura. Added on 2023/10/22 Both the manager and the mother seem to be doing very well.

I liked Domon, a ramen shop in Toda, and it was hard when it closed. However, I was able to get to know Mr. Shusui of Kuki on the internet, and I was impressed when I actually ate it. I am very happy to have found a shop that I can go to again. Ramen is really my favorite ramen. It is by far No.1 in me!!!!!! Recently, I learned about the nearby hot springs, so I'm happy that I can enjoy my vacation more.
