The raw sea urchin spaghettoni had the flavor of fresh sea urchin, and the saltiness was just right, making me want to drink white wine. The tomato sauce pasta with capers, anchovies, and olives was also simple but very delicious. The sautéed cherry salmon was tender, perfectly grilled, and went well with the green pea sauce, making it very delicious. There are many kinds of Italian wines, and this time I was pregnant so I didn't order alcohol and bistecca, but next time I would definitely like to try some nice food and wine. The atmosphere of the shop is elegant and clean, making it perfect for special occasions. (I had a one-year-old child with me this time, and I was really grateful for all the care he took.) Since I moved here, I've been eating out at chain restaurants, so for the first time in a while I was able to eat something healthy and delicious.
