Shiraoka, Saitama, Japan｜Hachirō Soba Shiraoka

It seems like it's a rare restaurant.I think it used to be a restaurant where you could eat meat, but my memory is hazy these days. I'm not a big fan of soba so I came here to eat it. The noodles are moderately hard, and the dipping sauce is sweet to your liking. It felt similar to the dipping sauce for Shiretoko zaru soba. I was also interested in the motsu nabe, but the order was for more than two people, so I gave up.

Right after the Kuki Interchange, I found a Skylark soba shop. Ordering is done on a tablet, food is served by a robot, tableware is prepared by yourself, and payment is made either at the self-checkout or manned cash register, making this a wonderful restaurant where even shy people can enjoy their meals without contacting the employees.
