This is a delicious Chinese restaurant in Hokukoshigaya. It's a stylish Chinese restaurant that resembles French cuisine. This time, I had a chilled Chinese set with shrimp and salad for lunch. The appetizers, chilled Chinese food, and dessert were all delicious. Hiyashi chuka is generously loaded with shrimp. There are 4 parking spaces in front of the store.

This is my first visit to the store. It was a shop that I had been interested in for a while. Located in a quiet residential area, it looks like an ordinary house from the outside, but once you step inside, you'll find yourself in a completely different world. It's hard to believe that you're in Koshigaya, but it has a luxurious interior and atmosphere reminiscent of a Chinese restaurant in the middle of the city, and you can feel the owner's attention to detail down to the toilets and small fixtures. It was lunch, and in addition to the reasonably priced set menu, there were also solid courses, so this time I had the 5,000 yen course. Starting with a colorful assortment of appetizers, there was shark fin soup, Peking duck, sautéed abalone, sweet and sour pork, a choice of main dishes (two types of noodles and fried rice on this day), and a dessert plate menu. All of them were flavored with gentle flavors that women like, and were very delicious without being greasy. I would love to visit again on a special day to find a shop like this in Koshigaya. By the way, they also serve morning porridge starting at 8:30, so I would definitely like to try that as well.
