I wanted to drink delicious miso soup, so I looked for a restaurant and found it. It was Sunday afternoon, just before 12:00, but when I called to check if the place was busy, I was told that it was already full, but they responded politely and allowed me to make a reservation. Two people came to the store. When I was guided to the counter, I was first asked whether I would like tea or water, and was impressed by the attention to detail. I ordered Momoyama Gozen. Once again, I was impressed by the level of detail that went into each and every item! First of all, the miso soup is delicious. I felt that they were particular about the thickness of the sashimi, the deliciousness of the oozy tofu melted my heart, and the main dish of salmon was also delicious! Also, the dashi rolled egg is also delicious! I was so full that I couldn't finish it all, and I thought I'd leave early since it was so crowded, but coffee jelly arrived and said there was dessert! This also had a comforting taste and was perfect for refreshing the palate. This cost 1,220 yen including tax, so it was such a great deal that I wondered if I would make a profit. It was a very satisfying lunch. They also have stewed conger eel and seasonal noodles, so it's a restaurant that I definitely want to visit again!
