More than just a restaurant, Takahashiya is a unique journey into the world of traditional Japanese cuisine. The Shidaime set was a symphony of different dishes, each one more delicious than the last. The whole experience was beautifully presented and deeply satisfying.

Takahashiya is a culinary masterpiece. The Unaju was perfectly grilled with a lovely depth of flavor that only elevated the overall dining experience. As a visitor, I can see why this place has been a beloved institution for centuries.
