First of all, the appetizer is delicious! The type of fish in the sashimi and carpaccio changes depending on the day, but they are all fresh! Carpaccio is quite large. Everything was really delicious, but the best was the fried burdock! It's delicious both freshly fried and cold. Also, green onion and offal stew! ! Both were recommended to me by the staff and they were amazing. Negitoro tastes like wasabi, but it's just the right amount of spiciness that even someone like me who doesn't like spicy food can enjoy. Boiled offal is delicious as is, but it's even better when you add yuzu pepper. Finishing dessert! The chocolate is rich and goes well with vanilla ice cream.
