Otsu, Shiga, Japan｜鮨 廣見屋

Visited for lunch. I asked for top nigiri, but it didn't come with dashi. I felt a little lonely, but I really wanted to drink soup, so I added the red soup stock for 350 yen. However, it turned out to be a delicious red soup stock that exceeded my expectations, and I thought it would be something you wouldn't normally add. The soup stock with the firm-coated cod had a hint of fine fat, junsai, and a really nice aroma of Japanese pepper. I also thought that the restaurant used round ice cubes for the water, which was quite elaborate. The sushi was delicious, although the sushi was a little big for me.

I happened to see it on YouTube and decided to go. I was just about to go to the delivery, but someone else asked me to put it in the store. Stylish and polite work. It was really delicious. Thank you for the meal.
