There is no bitterness unique to dried sardines. Firm thin noodles, delicious chashu, topped wontons... The presentation is beautiful, and it's cheap! Alligator! ! My partner's <Okina Ramen> is the Takeoka style, but it's a salty soup that's easier to drink than the locals (Isn't it like dried noodles?). Gyoza was also juicy and delicious.
