I have used it several times, Last year, we had kaiseki dinner in the evening. Each dish is a masterpiece! ️ Every flavor is memorable. I also ate my food while chatting with the chef at the counter, which was a fun time. There seems to be a variety of dishes that are carefully selected, and you can enjoy them while talking about them. The hostess and staff are wonderful. This time, I couldn't go to the dinner table, so I had Unajyu for lunch. The aroma of charcoal grilling lingers in your nostrils. You can almost eat the rice just by smelling it. This time, I ordered the mackerel stick sushi that I had ordered before, and I bought it as a souvenir. When mackerel sushi ripens a little, it becomes more flavorful. Indeed, it is my favorite restaurant where you can enjoy the taste of bliss.

There are many stylish cafes, but I didn't think it was worth the price, so I visited this long-established store. The seasonal lunch was very delicious and it was a good place to have alcohol! At kaiseki restaurants, I feel that the taste is often sweet or subtle, but here, each dish is served one by one, and the techniques are sprinkled all over the place, even the tempura that always feels boring. It was delicious too!

You can enjoy dishes that you can't imagine being in a rural town in the mountains. I think the price is very good for the quality. The proprietress has a good personality, and it's no surprise that it's popular. I had a lot of things, but first of all, I recommend the famous shinobi sushi (battera).
