Moriyama, Shiga, Japan｜かま久

Entered the store on a weekday afternoon. It was empty when I entered at exactly 12:00, but it was full in no time after that. The clerk's aunt is strangely familiar, but it's not unpleasant. I had a service soba lunch. Zaru soba with good throat, crispy tempura, and elegant side dishes (komatsuna with sesame) were all very delicious. The price is quite high, but I think it's worth it. The interior is old-fashioned and quaint.

It's been a while since I've been in the store. After all, soba is delicious♪

I came on a Sunday after 12:00. The interior of the shop has a relaxing atmosphere. It seemed to be busy, but I was shown to a seat right away. My husband had the popular grated shrimp soba, and I had the duck nanban soba. At first, I ordered duck soup soba, but there was no photo on the menu, so it looked like it was cold soba, but the clerk explained to me and told me that the warm one was duck nanban soba. I'm glad it was! My husband had a large portion and I had a regular size portion, but I was surprised at how much it was. The handmade soba noodles were very delicious. The dashi soup had a gentle taste, and the duck was delicious! Although the bathroom floor was a mess, it had been renovated and was clean. If I can come again, I would like to try the stewed udon noodles.
