A Japanese restaurant on the 36th floor of the Biwako Otsu Prince Hotel. The Shigaraki-yaki raccoon dog immediately after entering is impressive. The food is elegant and delicious. Rice and miso soup can be refilled. Is it difficult for adult men to be full with just one dish? I think I need a second serving of rice and miso soup. However, the view from the window and the delicious Japanese food are worth enjoying once.

I always went to the buffet for breakfast, but this time I was in the mood for Japanese food, so I went to Washoku Shimizu. Unlike a buffet, meals are brought to your table, so you can spend your time quietly and slowly. I ordered porridge. It soaked into my tired stomach deliciously and gently. There are many side dishes, and of course they are delicious and filling. I was taken care of many times, such as a replacement for tea. Everyone in this hotel is just a pleasant person wherever you go.

First time 🔰 I used lunch. I used it after a memorial service, and it was great to have a meal while looking at the panoramic view from the top of the 36th floor. There are a variety of kaiseki meals, course meals, and bento dishes, and each time the food is brought to us, the staff explains the dishes, making it a delicious and relaxing meal. Lake Biwa spreads out by the window, and it's fine during the day, but I think it's even better at night.
